AI for agencies? Procedures decide.
Every vendor sells AI now. Most of it guesses. DouxProcess reads like a model and follows your procedures like your best account manager. The judgment calls go to your people.
A chatbot drafts something. Your CSR checks it. Fixes it. Copies it into the system. Sends it. You bought a second job.
The model reads. Your procedures decide. The workflow does the work inside your systems. You approve what matters. Done.
Where reading ends and procedures begin.
- A language model reads the email, the application, the loss run. That is all it does.
- Your procedures decide what happens next. Same request, same handling. Every account.
- Cloud workflows do the work in your agency management system, mailbox and carrier portals. 24/7.
- Anything that leaves the agency waits for your account manager’s sign-off.
- Every step is on the file, with the email that triggered it.

What it runs.
Straight answers.
Is DouxProcess AI?
Partly, and only where it helps. A language model reads incoming mail and documents, because reading is what models are good at. Everything after that is your procedures, built into real workflows. The model never decides what happens to a policy.
Will it email my clients or carriers on its own?
No. Anything that leaves the agency, binds coverage or moves money waits for a person’s sign-off. There is no setting that turns that off.
What about E&O?
Guessing creates E&O. DouxProcess holds instead of guessing. When something does not match your procedures, it stops and asks. Every action is logged with the evidence that produced it.
Does it replace my CSRs?
No. It takes the double entry, the carrier follow-ups and the filing. Your account managers keep the clients, the coverage calls and the relationships. The next three producers’ worth of service work doesn’t need a new hire.
Which systems does it work with?
The ones you already use: your agency management system, your mailbox, phones, e-signature and carrier portals. Your team signs off from one screen. That is the only new thing.
What does it cost?
$2,500 a month per agency covers up to 3 licensed producers. Each producer after that is $500 a month. Every agency in a cluster gets the same terms. The build is done for you. The demo is free.
